These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our tennis instruction services, including the purchase and scheduling of tennis packages. By booking lessons with Tennis On The Go, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

 1. Payment and Scheduling Policy

Advance Payment Required: All tennis packages must be paid in full at least 24 hours before any scheduled session. This ensures proper scheduling and avoids lesson disruption.
Insufficient Session Credits: If a client has only one session left but needs to book two or more, a new package must be purchased at least 24 hours before the next session to avoid cancellation or delays.
No Exceptions: Failure to comply with the advance payment policy may result in forfeited lesson time or cancellation at the discretion of Tennis On The Go.

 2. Weather Policy

Rain or Inclement Weather: In the event of rain or unsafe weather conditions, Tennis On The Go will proactively contact students to reschedule. There will be no charge for lessons cancelled due to weather if cancelled before the lesson begins.
On-Court Rain Policy: If a student insists on playing and the session begins but rain interrupts the lesson after it has started, even if only 10 minutes have elapsed, the session will be charged in full.

3. No-Show Policy

Coach Already Present: If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson and the coach is already on the court, you will be charged for the full session.
We respect your time and our coaches’ time—please communicate any cancellations or changes with appropriate notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Student-Initiated Rescheduling: Lessons may be rescheduled by the student with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to coach availability.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly, except in verified emergencies.

5. Acknowledgment

By booking with Tennis On The Go, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above. These policies are designed to maintain fairness, professionalism, and a high-quality experience for all clients.
